We are said to have restored this historic hotel to its former glory. The historic Melton building was once one of the country’s most famous Coaching Inns, we transformed this into one of the most desirable locations to live within the town. Rebuilt behind an iconic façade, we delivered 17 spacious apartments which are finished to a specification which would later be known as our Gold Specification; this development was a major stepping stone on our journey.
Melton Mowbray is a foodie’s paradise, titled the “Rural Capital of Food” of the UK. This borough is renowned for its fine food and drink producers. Famous for its pork pies and stilton cheese selections, a welcoming community regularly celebrates its quality produce by hosting a number of food related festivals suitable for all the family.
