Our Journey

Our journey began from a passion for property, undertaking smaller refurbishment projects on both residential and commercial properties in 2006. Understanding the potential which the property market presented, Queensbridge Homes was founded, following the UK’s recession in 2009. Designed to capitalise on the low land values paired with the fundamental undersupply of quality new homes, we identified and seized the opportunity. Successfully growing year on year, we have remained consistent. Now delivering £multi-million developments across the UK and continually perusing new ventures where opportunities arise. We strive to make a notable difference within the industry; maintaining a firm focus on delivering quality and affordable homes across the nation. Queen Street

  • Queens Street boasts an exclusive townhouse development. These 6 well-appointed apartments harness the true beauty of Ramsgate; within steps from both the high street and the Royal Promenade, residents are on the doorstep to this beautiful town. Having been set on arguably the best street which this coastal town has to offer; Queens Street is an iconic development. 75 High Street

  • 75 High Street is a beautifully appointed development behind a period Grade II listed façade in Barton–Upon–Humber. Comprised of 3 spacious 3 bedroom houses the Queensbridge Homes team successfully transformed this property which was previously made up of 2 crammed homes.
Princess House

  • Queensbridge Homes transformed an iconic Post Office building in the heart of Winsford into a prestigious set of new homes. Princess House is the collection of 4 separate 3-bedroom homes. Working to uphold the historic significance of this property allowed us to display our teams’ capabilities. From the interior specification to the external façade, we showcased our meticulous standards through our craftmanship and all-around property expertise which were needed to deliver this development to a high standard.
Mill Street

  • Mill Street is the ideal development for a discerning buyer who wants the perfect luxury canvas to design their dream space. Following the original developer falling into financial troubles we acquired the site and masterfully completed all 8 apartments. We provided spacious Lancashire properties that featured open plan kitchen living areas to allow for a space that can be adapted to any owners tastes whilst creating the ultimate entertaining space.

  • Our first seafront development came from our strategic remodelling of a former hotel. The Devon-based scheme showed excellent potential to expand our ventures. Following the careful planning from our team, we delivered 10 beautifully appointed apartments. The large windows featured draws in an abundance of natural light to each property. This complements the excellent specification within. With uncompromised seafront views for the front facing apartments, this development showed us the excellent opportunities coastal developments presented.
Cross Keys Mews

  • Cross Keys Mews was the redefinition of prestigious living in South Yorkshire. Once a public house in Pontefract; Queensbridge Homes undertook the development to showcase our expertise of both the local area and intricate renovation skills. Delivering 5 new mews homes which catered for the growing demand for quality homes in the area. The homes boasted an interior specification that featured luxuries which fit the Queensbridge Homes quality – integrated appliance, high-quality work surfaces, TVs in the bathroom, LED lighting in the stairways and private parking for each residence.

  • Claremont Terrace highlighted our team’s skill set. Hand building 4 homes which span across four floors deliver the townhouse lifestyle in the heart of Measham. Following our vision to provide the London Standard of living across the nation, this development was no exception. Boasting a premium specification whilst being situated in an excellent location, which is surrounded by an abundance of local amenities along with travel links - there is no wonder all properties were snapped up almost instantly following the launch.
Gibson Works

  • A unique architectural tour de force in Sheffield, Gibson Works, stands out with its contemporary façade which teases the luxury apartments within. 19 high specification apartments provided spacious accommodation in a city centre setting.

    This development project was recognised and highly commended within the regional LABC awards as per our outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism.
Hockley View

  • Hockley View, a landmark development for Bradford. A range of exemplary apartments which reflect the buildings Art Deco exterior theme throughout its internal space. Our teams came together to express their creative side on this scheme which proved popular overseas. We successfully delivered properties which stood out with their brilliant specification coupled with their bold exterior looks.

  • The Former Queens Hotel is one of our earlier developments, located in the heart of Pontefract. Introducing this grand building is its elegant Grade II listed façade, its towering prowess brings the development to life and teases the high-quality apartments that feature inside. Creating 20 luxury apartments and 4 maisonettes which all featured unique interiors which were designed and implemented by the Queensbridge Homes team.

  • Lewisham homes our Shardelos Road project. Surrounded by unparalleled transport links into central London; this development is a commuter’s dream.   • Birmingham’s The Foundry is located at the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. Alive with industry, thriving community spirit along with a passionate past, the area within Birmingham quickly became one of the most desirable locations within the city.

  • Located in the heart of the Garden of England these homes offer a mix between countryside tranquillity with a blend of modern-day transport links. Allowing you to commute to both Canterbury and London with ease.

    Rhys Court was the second phase of our Sittingbourne project, this followed the success of its neighbouring project; Fox Court. Built on land purchased for the initial project, we produced two well-appointed two-bedroom dethatched homes. Built to cater for buyers looking to get onto the property ladder, these homes featured bespoke interiors that were implemented in an exquisite standard.
St.Georges Court

  • St George’s Court is a new development based on the cusp of Bristol City Centre. Designed to provide for the increasing demand for quality new homes needed in the area; we delivered.     We transformed the available space into a scheme comprised of 8 apartments, 4 new build houses alongside 2 commercial units. DBH House

  • DBH House is one of Carlton’s most prestigious developments. Occupying a former office block which stood out for its bold design, we have upheld the buildings eye-catching design and filled it with 45 new apartments.
